Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of the Store Regulations. Acceptance of the Regulations also constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy. Before using the Store service, the Buyer should read the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy defines the principles of processing and protecting the personal data of persons using the Store website.


I. Data Controller Information

We kindly inform you that the administrator of your personal data is Prosight sp. z o.o., headquartered in Poznań, PROSIGHT sp. z o.o., ul. Klaudyny Potockiej 25, 60-211 Poznań, Poland, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda, 8th Commercial Division, under KRS number 0000549489, NIP 7773247887, hereinafter referred to as the Data Controller or the Company.


II. Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

To provide services in accordance with its business profile, the Data Controller processes your personal data for various purposes, always in accordance with the law. Below are the purposes of personal data processing along with their legal bases:

  1. Responding to inquiries and preparing offers: We process personal data such as first name, email address, and phone number. The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, which allows processing if necessary for entering into a contract or taking steps prior to entering into a contract. If you also provide your surname, we assume you consent to its processing under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, which allows processing based on freely given consent.

  2. Concluding sales contracts and delivering products: We process personal data such as first and last name, PESEL or NIP, address, phone number, and email. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR, necessary to perform the contract or take steps to conclude a contract.

  3. Issuing invoices and meeting legal tax obligations: Data such as name or company name, address, and NIP are processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR, necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

  4. Fulfilling legal obligations of the Data Controller: In particular, obligations under pharmaceutical and tax law for a period of 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline passed, or longer if required by law, based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and Article 9(2)(h) GDPR.

  5. Establishing, asserting, or defending claims: Data such as name, address, PESEL, or NIP are processed. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, processing is necessary to protect the Data Controller’s legitimate interests (in this case, to establish, assert, or defend claims of clients or third parties).

  6. Website administration: We process personal data such as IP address, server date and time, browser and operating system information. These are automatically saved in server logs every time the website is used. Website administration without this automatic logging would not be possible. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, as this is necessary for the Data Controller’s legitimate interests.

  7. Use of cookies: Text information (cookies) is processed on the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, based on freely given consent (consent is requested on first visit).


III. Cookies

  1. The Company, like other entities, uses cookies on its website—small text files saved on the user’s computer, phone, tablet, or other devices. They may be read by our system and by systems of other entities (e.g., Facebook, Google).
